Learn to make and print your own Copper Plate Etchings. Different methods will be covered, line etching, aquatint, dry point, and multiple color printing. Beginning and experienced printmakers will produce a collection of beautiful etchings including a small edition. Most materials are provided. Additional paper will be available for purchase in class. Low toxicity procedures used for good health. Bring an apron and your ideas. Explore this wonderful medium used by Rembrandt and Degas.
